Title: problem trying to get into a world

Im haveing truble getting on a world i allredy have my charactur made and every thing its just at the last second on the load to come into the world it seas :something unexspcted has happend in planeshift crystal blue details: excertion_ acess_violation at 7c00724a: can any one help thise problem is keeping me from playing and its driving me crazy ill take any help i can get. iv tryied every thing and im stumped.

turn off the sound in the setup

searching (http://planeshift.oodlz.com/wbboard/search.php?boardid=1)  for the error number is always useful.
