Post by: Munin on December 28, 2005, 02:31:14 pm
\". If it still won\'t work, open your Planeshift folder, open the \"data\" folder, and open \"server.xml\" (/PATH_TO_PLANESHIFT_FOLDER/data/servers.xml) in TextEdit (click on servers.xml and drag it to /Applications/TextEdit(.app) ). Ensure that the port for server \"Fragnetics\" is set to 7777 (if not, change it). \"

i tryed to do that but i cant change/save the file so it\'s set to 7777. is there a way to change it?

PS: mac version

If you do the latest update you gone get the right \"server.xml\" version.

Did forget, if you are login as a \"normal user\" in your mac you can use the app BatChmod to change the rights on the file. Its on http://www.versiontracker.com

Yes, try changing your permissions with BatCHMod. If you\'d rather not use that, I can provide a Terminal method...
