Title: Do we have an octarch?

sry if this seems ignorant, but do we have an octarch?  We have an octarch\'s tournament, and wasn\'t sure if we actually have one or not.

We do have an octarch but noone playing one no ;)

Nilaya won the last elections but the story turned out to just be a dream. :P

It\'s been decided that the Octarch election was a sort of dream, and never happened in Yliakum\'s reality. It was just a fun little out-of-game community event. We have no Octarch that is known to the characters by name in-game. Nilaya is not an Octarch, but once more a leader of the Explorers ;)
