well:
Operating System: Windows XP
Processor: Intel P3 0,499 Ghz
Graphics Card: dunno.... a bad one..
System Memory: 20 GB
Video Memory: 10 MB
I just downloaded the game, and ran the updater. When I tried to make a char i noticed that only 2 races are available?! why? it says that the others wouldn\'t be finished, although i updated the game. Please help me. Thanks.

There are more than two races avaiable.
It\'s true that some of them lack an appropiate 3d model.
So far you can choose from: Ylians, Ywnmns, Enkidukais, Dwarfs, Dermorians and Klyros. (not all of them have male/female chars implemented yet)
Still, since you say your card is crappy, well, it\'s something weird there, since you say you\'ve 10 MB of video memory?
You can try finding out wich card you\'ve and also attaching an screenshot of what you see, so we can know if you\'re seeing what you\'re supposed to, or indeed your card is messing things.

Are you sure it just wasn\'t complaining that the races didn\'t have finished 3d models ? There are only a couple of races with completed 3d models for both genders, although a few more have at least one. This shouldn\'t stop you from playing the game with that race.
If you could give us exactly what it tells you is wrong, and which races do work, that would be helpful :)

Ok... these are confusing specs. I\'m guessing that comma is indicating a decimal, and you have a 499 Mhz P3. You don\'t have 20GB of RAM, that\'s probably your hard drive size. And, the 10MB could be anything.
You can find the correct info in many, many, many places. The cleanest looking one-stop-shop I can think of, is for you to goto the start menu and then run, then type dxdiag and hit enter. Your processor and memory will be listed on the first page. Your graphics chip and its memory will be listed on the display page. You can get your disk capacity from, well, anywhere. (if you can\'t find that, you\'re screwed :P ) Just right-click on the drive somewhere and hit properties.
Regardless of your other stats, you need a minimum of a Ghz to play this game.

I\'m not sure that your system specs will have anything to do with a problem choosing a race :) You could always TRY playing with your current computer.

I was thinking \"woaa 20gbs or Ram! But only .5 ghz...must swapped the ghz for ram :P\"
All i can say is good luck in running PS on that (may i say) hunk of junk. :P
