Are we going to have ammunition/a number of arrows?
Are we going to have to buy more arrows?
Can we pick up spent arrows?
Because if we did, that would add more realism, but maybe might be a little annoying.
Just a thought....

What would be annoying?
Having to buy more arrows?
Or were you reffering to picking up arrows that have been spent ?
-
Picking up used arrows will probably be unlikely. A lot of times arrows break on impact(depending what they hit.)
-
well actually the idea that arrows have to be bought or found in order to be used.
of course it would be more realistic, and we can add a \"magical\" attribute to an arrow, or u can buy stronger, better arrows. that might be fun.
(got to tipe fast im in class teehee)

I think it would be nice that if the arrow does not hit the target it would be free to pickup (up to the shooter)
and also I think there should be differetnt arrow tips
(ie. bronze, iron, steel) with the higher quality of the metal the more damage and the more likelyhood the arrow will hit the target
-
or just different styles of arrowhead, eg:
regular
broadhead(nasty ripping wounds, great against unarmoured)
bodkin(funny shape - armour piercing)
etc.

I also think this is a good, idea and would love to see it in game.

Schweet!
People think I have a good idea!
I\'m just filling up with loads of useless inspiration!

What if you had a certain % chance of missing your target and then a certain % chance that the arrow was damaged when it missed. An arrow that hits the target is considered damaged. Then you could pick up the undamaged arrow and place it back in your inventory, and then, if you have any fletching skill you have a chance at repairing the damaged arrows. Maybe a bit complicated, but would be cool.
-
Yeah, that would be neat.
Instead of just having one bar that says level, we can have
strength
dexterity-(coordination;aiming)
IQ
magic skill
