How do you guys use guild points? I thought of some good ways, but not being able to give more than 100 kind of nullifies them and doens\'t work.

I used to make quests and jobs and stuff that were worth points and once someone reached a certain rank, they\'d have to get 100 points to go onto the next rank by completing enough jobs and quests. Also could give points as reward if someone is very helpful and stuff, but you have to do it without your guild knowing that you\'re doing it or they\'ll all just do it to rank up and not just because they like helping.

I\'ve helped run at least half a dozen guilds that I can remember, and I would always just give them to members who were sociable, helpful, or who had initiative and potential. If someone ran an errand for me? I gave them a point. If I saw someone RPing? I gave them a point. If someone was my friend before entering the guild? I might give them five.
Ultimately, they don\'t mean anything, but they help keep a record of whatever it is you\'re measuring.

You should give him 5 :P
Guilds that push their member to rp with certains rules, and showing them that RP-ing doesn\'t mean you are a Uber Ultra God with Maxed Stats are pretty rare (in my opinion).
You should reward more for rp. Maybe it would push to ... :]
