Title: psclient.bin: error ... libopenal.so.0:

This is the complete error I can read on the shell:

/usr/local/games/planeshift/psclient.bin: error while loading shared libraries: libopenal.so.0: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory


I installed Planeshift using the .run file, then I renamed three .bin files in order to uncompress the .bz2 file containing the newest ones.
Then I ran the updater, it worked good updating completely the game, but trying to launch Planeshift produced that error.

What does it mean?

You are most likely missing OpenAL (Open Audio Library) libraries. Install them using your package manager.
