i need help badly any one who can tell me how to get on the screen to make my careter that would be nice

First i recommend you to read the stickies here and to read the faq:

About your question:
First you have to create an account. This can be done here:
http://laanx.fragnetics.com/register/
After this step start Planeshift and login to laanx (the server) and create a new charakter

at the time im making this post the server is a little fizzeled meaning you cant make a character at this time.

it needs to be up for you to do that >.>

There are a lot of posts in the newbie section that might help you out, indicating also where the player guide is and the best forum threads are.

I suggest you warmly to check those out and to understand that at the moment the game is a bit \"swinging\" due to the tests and problems we are actually having with the server.
