Title: server down?

Im completly new, havent even started playing yet, but when i try to log-in it says that the server is down or not responding. How long is it going to be before i can start to play?

A big debug is being run and most of day has been of line, but up at moment but is up and down a lot till debug is done.

 Welcome please spend a bit of time to read IMPORTANT post and post you system specks.
