Title: a question about character names

a quick search didn\'t turn up the answer to these questions.

1. when a character is deleted does the name immediatly return to the pool of available names or does it sit in limbo for awhile?

2. is it possible to transfer characters between accounts?

1. When a character is deleted and if the name is not reserved (during migration), it is free to use on another character.

2. No, characters created on one account have to remain on it - the only way to \"transfer\" them is to recreate.
