Title: Yellow bars with level number

Okay, I searche the forums for experience, stats, bars, etc--found thousands, but none specifically to this question.

When we first start we may start with a yellow bar for a statistic, and there is a number--like 4, for swords.  Are we already at that level of sword, or do we need to train it into green before we actually have that level? (I know from the forums that in order to increase beyond that level, it has to be green and then used, but I\'m wondering if we are already to that level when the bar is still yellow.)

Yes, whatever the skill is listed as, is what skill level you are at.

No experience is necessary to hit at whatever level you start out as :)
