Title: Can't access server when server is online

Ok i\'ve tried using search troubleshooting and the servers page. laanx.fragnetics tells me the server is running, yet when I ping it using the updater tool, I am told it isn\'t running. I am running from a laptop with winxp sp2 using a wireless network. I am thinking that my wireless router might be the problem, but I\'m not sure if it is, and if it is I don\'t know how to get around the problem. Sorry if this question has been asked somewhere else before, if it has I\'ll be more than happy with a link to the relevant thread. Thanks alot for your time in reading this.

while the severs page loads the service is still unavailble, hence why the ping returns nothing. The server went down in a very big way apparently harware problems so it will eventually be up and running and with a new update :)

There are several threads about the server status, i think about 4 or 5 on this particular down.

Server is down \'till our host can get over to the box with a new fan.  We don\'t know when they\'ll have it fixed fully.
