Title: i am lost

well i lost everithing now no server after donloading the last updater so now i dont no what to do my logo for plane shift dont works the updater dont works so alternatives will be to uninstall and start again but al my personage will be lost for ever ?????
now like the kids i am waiting for sombody to tell me what to do thanks in advence Ubreda

to answer the question... i think
accounts are stored server side. uninstalling and reinstalling planeshift will not effect that. just as long as you remember your e-mail address and the related password.

I can confirm that the characters are stored server side (I looked for hacks--testor first remember--there are none to the characters stored in the software downloads).

However, gui settings, preferences, logs, screenshots, and such are strored for each character (except w/ bugs) in the package of software on your user computer.

As long as there is a client accessible to you on a network, you can get to your account--unless you are currently logged in elsewhere.
