Has the quest to get the energy glyph been changed? I never recieved one just some trias. Im not after a total spoiler just would be nice to know if this glyph is still obtainable?

the quest in question, afaik was never intended to give you the energy glyph, and again afaik it was the only possible way of obtaining the energy glyph, unless you were to buy it from another player.
hopefully somone will have noticed this and taken steps to make the energy glyph available to players again, either through a quest or NPC merchant

i hope they do notice cos at the moment the amount of meat my character is eating to regain health you\'d think he was on the atkins diet! :)

Ahh, so the potions don\'t work? Still maybe? Never got the chance to try them. They\'re sold on top of Kada-el.

Of course, Potions of Healing work well. And there are several places to buy (in different sizes) or loot them: Tavern roof, temple, arena, Akkaio market, even on the road.
And if you don\'t want too much meat, eat healthier things like vegetables or baked goods.

Cool.... I have 6 or 7 extras I think. Given that there\'s so much bug money flying around, I should be able to sell them for around 20,000,000 each.

I got my energy glyph as reward in a GMed event... so that might be a tip.

The Energyglyph was released in brado\'s quest.
If you look at brado\'s quest, you see you will
get mugs instead of the Energyglyph.
This is fixed now and you will get the mugs.

can you tell us about the level we need to be able to hope getting one ?
because if you need to be strong enought to kill one of the big monsters in the ruins, I\'ll forget about it right away ...
(if some that can barely kill rats can do it, I\'ll do nothing else but try to find the way to get it)

What is the exact meaning of the term \"Available?\" Is it like \"soon(tm)\"? My personal definitions are slightly off skew from some people I speak to.
1) If it is \"Available\" in a new quest but the quest is broken or extremely buggy, then by my definition it goes in the \"Not Available\" pile.
2) If it is \"Available\" and can be attained without intervention by an outside party (GM, Other player, Freaky inventory bug) using wits and a little luck/guesswork then it goes in my \"Available\" pile.
I will find out soon enough though... I am systematically going to every single NPC I can find and trying every way possible to get quests from them. I am then writing it down. Hopefully I will not only discover the energy Glyph quest again, but maybe some other ones as well.

Might I also be so rude as to advertise for our Vaalnor Supply Shop and their limited supply of glyphs. We still have some energy glyphs though as well as others.
By the way Goldir, it\'s not as easy as just going to every NPC and asking them for a quest since quests are given on a time-dependant basis. It is normal that you don\'t get anything from a certain NPC but an hour later he has several quests to give you. Of course the higher the reward the less chance you have of obtaining the quest.

They are obtained from quests, some which are very hard to complete for various reasons.

the last 2 are also availible ingame for some time.
there are players ingame, who already got the 2 glyphs.

I had the summon glyph one time (from a bug that gave me so many brown and blue way glyphs that I wasn't supposed to have) and it didn't work. So DaveG deleted them, and now they work right after that? Figures. >.<

I don't think it's good and fair that some glyhs are only avaiable by buying them from other players : I really think you should make a quest that gives the energy glyph ...
I think that if a glyph is only aviable by buying it to other player, then that means it's not aviable anymore.
(I finally have an energy glyph, so I'm not saying that thinking of myself)

All glyphs are availible by buying a glyph or completing a certain quest.
Only you have to find the person and meet him at the right time, to get the quest.

If that means that quests are also daytime dependent ... then it will add another unfairness and will keep more players from getting an equal chance. At least when there are no hints, and luck is your only avaialble source.

ok this is a quick question thats probably been answered lots of times. Id like a simple "yes" or "no" please. Is the Energy Glyph attainable in any way other than buying it from another player?

Yes - through a quest. However, you know what the problem with quests is. They are being worked on and worked on and worked on (Xordan was wading through a sea of quest messes earlier, fixing things left and right).

"Yes" - but the probability to get that quest is next to "impossible" at the moment.
