Title: Optimise for slow machine

Does anybody have a good suggestion how to make PS work (better) on a slow(er) machine?

My wife\'s computer does have enough RAM (512mb), does have a good 3D videocard, but lacks the CPU speed (\"only\" a 700mHz Celeron)...

Any tweak tips (such as graphical settings and such)?
