Thanks for the previous reply, i\'m stilll having problem (the same) with the mac client.
i follow \"mac client status\", so i download the client and try to run, the system says that the server is not running. then i modify the file servers.xml changing the port to 7777. this time the client says \"you are not running the corret version of Planetshift for this server\".
I\'m a bit lost, also because while in the mac client status thread it is wrote not to update, in \"A Guide to Running Planeshift on Mac OS X\" it is wrote to download a particular updater.jar and to use it to update the client.
i also tried to follow the link specified in a reply of \"a guide to running...\"

Mac Client Status
This thread will contain all status updates on the Mac version of the Planeshift client.
Status on Saturday, March 2nd, 19:02 GMT
The current server version is 0.3.013.
The current Mac client version is 0.3.013.
You must NOT use the updater! Download 0.13 from http://www.planeshift.it/download.html
Planeshift will run on a Mac at this time.
You can log into the server at this time.
Please check out the Guide for help on installing and dealing with basic issues.
NOTE: There are still a few Mac-specific bugs in the game. If you see any that haven\'t been reported here or on bugtracker please report them at one of these two locations. Thanks!

thanks but i think i followed all the steps: i didn\'t update (as stated in mac client status) and the server says it is not the rigth client version...
dunno what should i have to do..

Completely delete the old version of Planeshift. Then download via BitTorrent. If you need help with BitTorrent, search for \"Azureus\" in the Mac forum. If you continue to have trouble, PM me. iLock.
