I thought I\'d test it out - (and maybe help test it and stuff)...
So I\'ve created a character and stuff - but the first thing I noticed as soon as I started the game was the lack of mouselook...
I checked the options, and according to that it should exist - but it dosen\'t work (on my computer at least) - I\'m afraid that there\'s no way I can reall play this game without it - so...
Does it work and it\'s just my comp - or dosen\'t it work? If not - I\'ll be giving this game a miss until it does, since I can\'t play it without - it\'s too cumbersome ond I hate the lack of control it gives...

That is because the mouselock is not working rigth now, the Devs. say that it will come with the next update.

Do you have a mouse pointer visible? Unless I am misunderstanding, you can probably just hit the [TAB] key (at least in Windows) to toggle between the mouse pointer and mouselook.
Hope this helps.

Mouselook does work in the current Planeshift version, just some configuration files need to be fixed.
See my post here (http://www.planeshift3d.com/wbboard/thread.php?threadid=22214&boardid=33&page=1#17) and download these two files. It works for me and should work for everybody else as well.

Well, Windows ISN\'T the only operating system out there, so not \"everybody\" can solve this problem using those files. I\'m using a Mac, and I can\'t move the camera with the mouse. I was able to on the previous version by just making some adjustments in the options window and setting up the key-click combinations to have alt-click for mouse look and shigt-click to \"zoom\" in and out, but now it looks like those options are disabled, because I can modify the combinations for target select and target context, but not the others. Anyway, I guess my question is: There is a fix for Windows, is there one for Mac?
