Title: help me please!

i dont no anything about \"exe\" or anything! and i get that error saying \"unextpected....would you like to save a diagnostic...\"

i just made my fist account and it doesnt work! please help!!!

You should read the important threads.

For example:
search for the number it gives you
check if you have the system requirements
run the updater if you did not do that by now

Can you be a bit more specific?

Do you get the \"crash\" and the request to save a diagnostic file when? After you try to login? When you upload your char?
Do you have an AMD processor?
Have you gone through the forum to see if your \"error message\" has been already found by somebody else as well?
