My updater told me it failed to load the following file: libmng-cs.dll
can you link me to the file and tell me where it has to go?
I\'ve also been getting an acess violation error just as soonas I load the game, would the above missing file do this? or does my char. need moving?
-
Heya Falzaek :) The character-requiring-moving situation really depends on the access violation number you are getting. If it\'s \"0041AC3B,\" then yes a GM will need to relocate your character. We have an entire stickied thread for this \"taxi service,\" so it\'s a very common problem.
And here\'s the link: http://www.psmirror.org/psupdater/win32/libmng-cs.dll (http://www.psmirror.org/psupdater/win32/libmng-cs.dll)
It goes in your main PS directory, no separate folders or anything.

thanks man, I was getting 0411AC3B, So I won\'t worry about moving without first trying he file i was missing.
EDIT: Copyed that in, still getting the error, just after the \"Loading World\" message apears. If it helps, heloading bar doesn\'t seem to fill, either. I\'m running windows, xp.

Post in here the name of your character, as Karyuu said, it needs to be moved.
Lots of characters need to be moved...
We players need a fix up update.
GM need that update, and a 48h day lenght as well.

if it\'s because my character needs moving, a new character should work fine, right?
I\'ll try that now...

The bug is in the 0.3.013 release, and has to do with your character\'s position. It\'s fixed for the next version, which should be out sometime soon.
