Title: Need Help Badly!!

I downloaded the game at first using DAP (Download Accelerator Plus),but it said html file,so i closed the window and started downloading the game file again.I overwrote the original file and tried to delete the game file now,but it says that some program or person is using the file,close that program and try deleting the file again..Can anyone help me?

There should be no need to get some other prog to fix this.  This is a standard Windows bug (search the forums to find some other postings).  Things to try in order:

• Check your task manager and terminate any process that may be using it
• Reboot (this should be enough)
  
• Reboot into safe mode, and delete there
• Reboot into safe mode command prompt and delete there
• Use a boot disk and do from that
