Title: Graphics Question.... Please help.
Post by: Achilles on March 29, 2006, 01:33:54 am
When I try to make a character, it says that the details for all the characters are not available. Even for the ones that are available, they aren\'t good looking at all.

I tried to download a bunch of stuff from the site, but its not working. Is this because of my graphics card in my computer?

^When I bought my computer, I didn\'t install a new graphics card. I\'m just using the one that came with it (if there was one)

I\'m not that great with computers, either.

I read the system requirements, and searched my computer by going to start---Run---dxdiag.

The chip type is Intel815, but I\'m not sure if thats the graphics card or not.... lol....

Like the title says, Please help.

Hiya :) Your \"card\" unfortunately falls below the minimum requirements, so graphics and performance will not be the greatest, if manageable at all. You\'ll have to upgrade to play any intensive 3D game.

are you kiddin, i can play quite happily (all be it with decreased graphics) on my 256MB laptop with 64mb shared graphics,

turning off the multisampling  texture downsampleing, (no higher than 1/4 or you just cant tell whats going on)

and setting the adaptive camera in game, should produce a playable result

(luckily i have my 512MB ram and 128mb graphics desktop machine to play on the rest of the time)
