Il have a problem with the loading of the game :'(

What must I do to play the game?

You have to search :} We have this Important thread right at the top called "Welcome to the PS tech help forum" that has a lot of useful information you should take a look at first, before posting anything. It saves both us and you a lot of time.
Take a look at this (http://hydlaa.com/smf/index.php?topic=22325.0) thread. If that number isn't listed, follow the directions AryHann posted in the beginning of it.

his crash was not on the list. And he did post this in "Problems BEFORE entering the game" The list you gave was after you load the world. I would suggest to you lordfallback to post how your system is against the minimum requirments for the game.

Kymizer, some of those crashes listed within that sticky happen before you load the world. It really should be posted in both the two Tech Help sections, but maintaining it and updating would be more difficult, so it remains in the other.
I do agree though, knowing the system specs will help.

@lord---is this your first time using planeshift? It may help to know if you used to play it, then we would know that you can play, and there is just a problem with this version.

* 768 MB RAM
* T3 Internet connection

those look perfectly fine to me...now you just have to wait for Dave or Karyuu to respond back to you

That's all I can give, really. Besides things like make sure your game is updated.

how did you download it? through bittorent or through one of the sites?? The download may have been bad and it may have only downloaded a part of it and not the whole. This has happened to me on other games and i have had to re-download them. So what i would do. Restart, and see if that works, then if it doesn't, uninstall and then redownload the client. I don't know what else to give you, read all the top topics that were done by Dave. Try EVERYTHING...if nothing works, i don't know what to tell you. Its a really good game and worth the effort

Giving us the full error will probably help more. Did you check that thread I keep linking to and see if that number appears there?

You could help us out a lot more if you give us details on the errors you get - we're not just making a game, we're making and testing it :} So if there are problems, we need to know about them and see if fixes are needed/possible. It's great if you redownload and it ends up working, but don't ignore your job as a tester here - if there is something wrong, follow directions and report it.

Scroll back, look for my posts, follow the link where I mentioned AryHann's instructions. You will have to save the dump file the crash generates, and email it to her. Again, the instructions are in the thread, and easy to understand.
Moreover, please check your inbox concerning your signature.

What's the name of the file? Just Dump.DLL or something?

CHECK carefully that the numbers after Addr are not already in the list of the diagnostic files analyzed, please.

i think when the second time you downloaded it...it showed up as a 05B or something like that? I believe i saw many of those on Aryhanns fixes...it would be best to use that one...it seems that different messages show up depending on which one you download it on...a mirror download is different from a bittorent download, considering that he got different messages...

Check Ary's thread (http://hydlaa.com/smf/index.php?topic=22325.0). If your error number isn't on there, she probably hasn't gotten to it yet.

I have actually sent a mail early this morning.
The dumps you sent me are in the thread.
There is no solution available to that, but maybe sooner or later there will be. Maybe you have a corrupted data file? Maybe you have a no proper video card or not updated drivers?
More than this, I don't know what to say.

Wait! I got something very very simalar when I updated. I don't remember the number, but the error comes as soon as you open planeshift right? When the game is loading on that splash screen with the tower and dragon-thingy and blah.
Try deleting ALL your DLLs in the planeshift folder.
Download updater version 1.1.1.1 from http://hydlaa.com/smf/index.php?topic=23024.0 . Do it anyway, even if you seem to have 1.1.1.1 already.
Now unzip the zip file you downloaded into the PS folder. Run the updater. It will throw an error but ignore it. Run the update. When done, run the updater again. If it updates any more files, delete those and run the updater yet again. Run pssetup.exe and make sure everything is the way you want it. Then try launching Planeshift again.
Worked for me.. X-/
