Title: updater not working plz help!

when i load the login page i try to login but it says not running the correct version of planeshift for this server so i went to the updater and it says couldnt create directory'/Volumes/PS_install/ planeshift3-D/updaterterp'. WHAT DO I DO??????????????

Well, the problem is that you're trying to do everything from inside of /Volumes/PS_Install, which is a read-only mounted disk image.  What you need to do is copy the Planeshift3D directory to some place on your local hard drive (for example, under /Applications, or under your home directory).  You can then follow the directions in the readme.rtf file to perform the update.
