Gee, thanks for telling me - now I know what's fun. Could you tell me what else I should like? Tell me what is boring and what is neat, please.

It's boring to make bitter little threads about minor things you see only for a few seconds before moving on :}
It's also boring to nitpick.
And it's boring to try to make a big deal out of something insignificant.

I think the key part that you missed was "not fun by itself."
This isn't a hack-and-slash game, and the message perhaps was a subtle way of letting people know about the new crafting system? By all means be a fighter, but learning how to craft your own armour or weapons makes it more enjoyable.

Perhaps for you, but then you're not doing it, are you...wait, you are. :p Anyways, I'm happy your hardware is much better than mine and you only have to see it for a few seconds.

And I would highly recommend you don't comment on "Dwarves may be small but they have great pride for their race". (Though why dwarves get their own intro, I don't know. What about us poor Enkis? ... Oh, we do have "Have a drink at the El-Kadi Tavern" Oops!)

After seeing this, I would highly recommend he doesn't comment on anything.

If you didnt like crafting then just dont use it.Nobody is forcing you to use crafting. Ignore the little message on the loading screen.But its doubtful that they will remove the message only for you. ;) Because there could be other people who could like the new crafting system.

Is it possible to craft advanced weapons yet ?
or are we speaking about future releases ?
by advanced I mean better weapons than what the arena monsters drop.. because if you cant make more unique weapons then whats the point of trying crafting just now ?
I tried magic and thought how cool it was that you could combine glyphs and make new spells... and yet it seems you can only combine certain glyphs and not all of them as I had hoped..
really if whatever it is your trying to do.. crafting, mining, creating spells.. etc is extremely limited then eventually you will get bored and move on to something else.

Pretty soon you will be able to craft weapons that will be of better quality than what you find as drops, and it will last longer and won't need as frequent of a repair. Do keep in mind that crafting has just been introduced.

About the joke part, just lock it. I'm extremely surprised it wasn't locked after the first few posts, and is a waste of time, just trash it.

A pointless post? From reading it, I thought there was a point..a pretty good one, too.
I think the real problem here is the posts about locking threads, if you had any authority on the subject you would be a moderator. You're not, so quiet down and use the report button. People get pissed when someone doesn't use the search button, I think the same concept applies here...
EDIT: And by good point I don't necessarily mean correct point.

Seriously. If people want something taken care of, click the "Report to moderator" link or send us a PM. Saying "this should be locked" over and over is spammy.
