Title: updater troubles

when i start to update it says my updater a more advanced version than the servers how do i fix this or is this normal at the moment

It means that your client isn't up-to-date. Download the new one which should be in one of the most recent news announcements on the main page.

Not necessary. As a thread from the link states, it's a matter of deleting a file from your PS folder and running the updater again.
