The Frosty Dojo Ranking System and Rules:
Alighnment: Nuetral
Goals: Train in the art of Frosty Weapons and Blue Way Magic, to help others, and to be the best.
History: Long ago there was a guild Created by Hu-rusikan called The Frosty Dojo. His reasons for creating this guild are unkown. Hu-rusikan found a young Enkidukai named Swivles. He tryed hard to find this young ones parents and had no success, so he took in Swivles as his own son. About 7 years had gone by and Swivles was now a great fighter and the Master of The Frosty Dojo. There was a conflict between The Frosty Dojo and The Fire Dojo, it caused a war that lasted a year and the Grand Master "Hu-rusikan" was killed. Swivles became the Leader and had to finish the war even though he was friends with The Fire Dojo's Grand master. Swivles killed him, his friend. After that day Swivles had run off in disbeliefe of what he had done. The Frosty Dojo had fallen. Several years have passed and Swivles had a new life, untill one day he heard rumors that The Fire Dojo was looking for him. Swivles could not figure out what to do ... He then decided the only thing he could do was to recreate The Frosty Dojo. He did, just that. Along the way he met a friend named Alliva. Alliva helped however he could and Swivles decided to train Alliva. Eventaully Alliva worked his way to the top and became the Master of the guild. The Fire Dojo has still not found Swivles but now with The Frosty Dojo recreated he feels he now stands a chance.

Ranking System:
White Belt - biginner
Blue Belt - [20 Sword, Daggers, or axes and 20 LA]
Brown Belt - [35 Sword, Daggers, or axes and 30 LA]
Black Belt - Get 100 points -
-Recruit 2 members: 30 points
-Bring swivles 2 Ulber hides: 10 points
-Donate 10k trias to the guild: 20 points
-Mine 5 platinum for the guild: 20 points
-Donate Two 2 slash weapons: 10 points - higher slashes will gain you an extra 10 points for a total of 20 points
-Donate a quest glyph to the guild - 10 points
Black Belt Sec Dan - [50 Sword, daggers, or axes. 40 LA and 10 Blue Way.]
Expert - [60 Sword, daggers, or axes and 50 LA. Donate 20k trias. 20 Blue Way and 20 Crystal Way.]
Teacher - Must be Active, must show his/her loyilty to the guild. Must also win at least 1 Frosty Dojo Tournement.
Master - Vice Leader of the Guild
Grand Master - Leader of the Guild

About The Rankings rules and responsibilites:
A White Belt is the first rank. [If you do not get to the next rank with in 2 months your out of the guild.] Kind of like a test.
Blue Belt is the same as white belt but you cannot get kicked out [unless you are inactive for 2 months].
Brown Belt's rules are the same as Blue Belt's
Black Belts go around and do jobs to help the guild, a new job may be assigned to a Black Belt by the Grand Master or Master. Every job done works toward points. Once you have made 100 points you will move on to the next rank. The Black Belt is also allowed to recruit members and post public and private notes. At this rank you are also allowed to enter the Frosty Dojo tournements.
The Black Belt Sec Dan is the lowest rank leader, he/she is the leader of the Black Belts and Brown Belts.
Are Experts are the main fighters of this guild. They are also the leading commanding officers of the Black Belt Sec Dans.
Teachers, teach and train are members. They also lead are fighters into battles and are the guilds best fighters. The Grand Master or master may asign a Teacher to a white belt, to help him/her out how ever possible.
The Master of the guild is exactly like the Grand Master but with less powers. There is only 1 Master.
The Grand Master Leads the whole guild.

Guild Rules:
1. [Anyone can be out of the guild if they are inactive for 2 months, unless they tell us before hand that they wont be here.]
2. Members must not dual other members unless the Grand Master or Master says other wise! It would be allowed if we hold dualing practices directed by either the Grand Master or Master.
3. You must never attack the Grand Master or Master, if you do we will be forced to kill you!
4. Theives will not be tolerated in this guild. 3 Times caught in the act and your out.
5. [Exploiting bugs will be an automatic ban from are guild]
6. No dualing in hydlaa or building other then the arena!
7. Follow these rules!
8. Last but not least, have fun!!

Made Men are allowed to recruit members to the guild
:whistling: This is only a suggestion but you might not want guild members that low of a rank recruiting. I only say this because we all saw (whoever was around at the time) what happened with the guild knights. Their guild became huge and a big headache as most of the guild was newbies and didn't know much about the game. Again this is only a suggestion but I would highly recommend bumping up the allowance of recruiting.

Thats why there is the 2 month thing on there. :P If you don't reach the second rank in 2 months then your out.

It's like the whole guild structure is the same as Mafia structure with a few tweaks. You even used "made man" :P
I'd love to see some more originality put into this.

Naa im just kidding. Yes its like a Mafia structure. When Dowanger handed it on over to me its ranks were Mafian too. I tweaked them to be more realistic. I really don't think its such a bad idea either. PS needs a Mafia. And yes while it maybe a mafia structure, its also a very good structure. Im not at all sure, but I dont think there is a single guild were only 1 person may be in a rank and that rank can be taken from them. Also only about 35% of this really has to do with the Mafia, the rest I made up. :detective:

ranks to ooc imho, the rising in skill thing is ooc, but i like the donating thing, to sacrifise yourself for the guild :)

It would be nice if the guild put roleplaying to the front a bit more and let all those combat skills fade to the back. Right now you're just coming over as a group of powerlevelled fighters with fancy maffia names in my eyes.
For example how your bosses can be defeated in duels and need to give over their position. I'd expect so much boss swapping from that that nobody knows who is boss anymore. Besides who says the strongest fighter is the best qualified leader?

Are bosses need to meet certain requirments first. Read more carfully. Ranks are not to much ooc, I think alot of that stuff could have existed around PS time. Ok, ok yes. I did put alot of leveling in there to gain ranks. But thats so they keep active, and have some fun. I mean really if they got to rank 2 and jsut didnt want to go any higher so be it. I wont care. But no one here can tell me leveling is a bad idea to gain ranks when its pretty much the only thing thats big in this game right now. I even added some mining in there. I just dont think somone would want to keep mining to gain ranks. Also there is nothing wrong with being a powerleveler if you still are in the comunity RPing. This guild has alot of RP events. Again we even have a DV tournement. And were still in the trial and error stages so bare with us.

@Lilie: I'm glad to hear you guys will be roleplaying, it just wasn't very clear from your guild setup that's all.

The Dark Vigilanties is no more. We are now known as The Frosty Dojo, I updated the guild info above. :)
