Title: Validation email not received

Help... Well the forum email was received within 2 min, but registration for the game i'm still waiting for. Same email was used for both forums and game

Well, first you need to click (http://hydlaa.com/smf/Themes/PlaneShift/images/english/search.gif) (http://hydlaa.com/smf/index.php?action=search).

The e-mail can take up to a day to come. Check your spam folder. Check the e-mail address. Then, if you still don't get it, email acraig at acraig@planeshift.it and hope it gets fixed. :-\

I had similar problem when i started playing more then a year ago.
The problem is not a the side of planeshift, but from the side of you're Internet Service Provider.
Some ISP's have an own spamm-spilter, besides the spamm-filter they offer to they're members.

The Validationmail from Planeshift is blocked by this first Spammfilter.
You can do nothing about it unfortunately.
My solution was to use a Hotmailaccount, because Hotmail does not block the Validationmail.
