Title: new look of forums

This is my 1st time on the new look of the forums, and id like to say looking good :)

Great job, it looks WAY better then the old one :D One complaint is about the smilys... Whats with the white thing around them?

Glad you like the forum theme :]

As for the smileys - the white border is a part of the file, as the smilies were meant to be used on a light background. The only way to remove it is to edit the individual smilies.
