Title: REALLY DESPERATE FOR HELP!!!!

HELP!!! I am a person who is eager to play planeshift. however, there is a big problem with the graphics and the colouraton. and when i try to login, a mac popup saying that the application quitted unexpectedly. I  really reallly reallly need advice and i am a macOSX user.

need help!
