The easiest way is to buy a mouse with at least two buttons. It will very useful in all other programs too. :)

nope, it dosnt really work, in mac the right click on the mouse becomes useless. or are u meaning something else? cos im no genius anyway

You can make a shortcut with the command /target_context and assign it to an easily-reached key, then hit it after you target something. It brings up the exact same menu you would get upon right-clicking.

IT WORKS!.
Sorry for the capitals, but I have to say that I wouldn't recommend to buy a two-button mouse, if it doesn't work. I have tried with several diff. mouse with two or more buttons on my mac, and right-click works in PS, in the same way as on windows

ok, thanks for all your help. ill try it out. but i still cant work the two mouse button way. :)
