I've been contemplating a sort've unique guild idea. I doubt it has been done, but I can't be sure. What do you guys think of a guild, that roleplayed as if they were exiled? Lone nomads, wandering through the hills of the upper levels of Yliakum. It would be very interesting, in my opinion. Tell me what you think, and give me your ideas.

It's an interesting concept, but people would need more details to really be intrigued :) You've a chance to make it a very cool group - but I'm thinking that it may be hard or awkward to join? Are they exiles from the same place and for the same reason, or just a group of exiles from all over banded together, as brothers? For the nomad bit - you may need a larger world to really pull it off (how long can nomads stay in the same area?) but you can probably manage.
I'd love to hear more, though :)

Its still being planned, of course. I'm constantly brainstorming ideas of its organization and the like, and I have plenty of time to do so. I've spent every tria of my migrated crystals, so it won't be happening anytime soon without financial support. The group would be exiles from all over, come together to form a community, and, in a sense, a faction in itself. Yes, I suppose it would be awkward to join it, but its something that can be worked out as it goes along.
Nice to see you again, Karyuu.

Nice thoughts!
Interesting to know why this guild is in excile.
What happened? Who's fault was it, etc..
What goals are there, go get back?
Good luck with it!

I can only think of criminals being forced into exile, for the most part. Of course there are things like rival clans, conquests, etc., but it would be rather odd to see a group of such exiles together - it would make one think that only the good are forced into exile in this cold and harsh and dark and evil world... Which isn't quite the case :) How would the good-forced-into-exile get along with the criminals?

Well, a good character wouldn't exactly be "good" if he did something bad enough to get exiled. Of course, this isn't always true, but, it would usually be the case. If those who are good do not wish to join our group, then they don't have to. They're free to roleplay as exiles, or whatever they want to be, but if they're good roleplayers and want to join, they'll learn to forget their IC differences.
