There is a stickied thread right in this forum section, called Crashes and Diagnostic Files (http://hydlaa.com/smf/index.php?topic=22325.0). It would have been a useful read :)

Do you get this error whenever you try to login now? Can you give the name of your character so a GM can try to move him/her?

yeah, the crash only happens after i select my character and try to load, then it crashes

*edit*

ok, i think the problem just got worse, i figured i could make a new character considering i'd only played for 2 days, but now it wont even load, when i try to open the game it just crashed right away......if i try to reinstall will i have to redownload?

Phunky, pelase avoid double-posting.

Does it crash right away with the same message?

Since that one doesn't appear to be in the Crashes and Diagnostic Files thread, you should probably follow the instructions Ary posted there and send her the dump file so she can figure out what may be causing it. You can try to reinstall in the meantime - and I would always recommend that you keep the original install file around, for just such situations.

*edit*

Don't apologize for double-posting - just don't do it. The forums have a Modify button so you can add more information to a post - please use it. --Karyuu

I added the two bt extracted in the list.
I would recomend somebody to move his character and him to restore his system, eventually.

However, a good check on why it was crashing would be good.
