im trying to log on but it keeps saying server is not available but it says there is 132 people online does anyone know how to fix the problem?

Maybe you are behind a fierwall, do you use a router or apersonal firewall?
Which system are you using? Linux, MacOS, Windows?

im not behind a fire wall or router and im running windows

Can you open the command line (darn I am not sure if it is called that way in englisch... maybe it is command shell) please.
(Go to: Start->Programms->Accesorries->cammand line)
Then type
ping http://laanx.fragnetics.com/
And give us the output.

Ping request cannot find host http://laanx.fragnetics.com please check the name and try again.

Hmm okay a assume you definitely have a connection problem.
From where are you accessing the net?
School, university, work?
EDIT: ARG, wait a minute!
try the same with laanx.fragnetics.com
without http://

Have yoe ever connected before?
Is the WinXP Firewall active?

uh ok now its letting me on but it thinks im logged in have any ideas? i mean its obviously been over 30 seconds -.-

Making sure that you post in the right forum and giving as of much information as possible (your operating system, processor, memory, graphic card etc.) is the key to the success.
