how come they're a bunch missing? and will they come out? ::|

This game is in early alpha development, so not everything is done yet. We do this in our free time, and we're not paid :} A lot can get in the way.
So you'll see the rest of the character models (and everything else that you don't see yet) when they are actually made. "When?" In the future. That's as specific as anyone can get.

thanks :) i hope they come out soon! X-/

At this point, we're focusing on giving each available race most of their stuff (animations, armor textures, etc.) before making the new ones. Quality over quantity. ;)

any chance you guys can make the female versions of the races you already have in-game then? ---> eg. in my case the human female.
seems kinda weird to put only the males in and not the females if you're already doing that race; how about giving some consideration to addressing that balance within the existing races at least?
...also, what happens to the stand-in models we were forced to use when you actually bring the real race models into the game - do we get to personalise it like we would have if we'd had the chance to make it at character creation or will we get given some kind of generic model?

A lot of modelers who were around when they made the character models we have now, are no longer around. They did the models they wanted to do - with a bit of balance in mind: a human, elf, dwarf, and something more unusual. But as we said already, we can't predict nor estimate when the other models will be finished. We only have two 3D modelers on the team right now, and they are working on other tasks.
We will have several wipes before new models are introduced, and I think it would be a good idea to time releasing the future models when everyone will have to recreate their characters anyway.
