After the 3.015 update we all know the server was unstable and with that my client was constanley crashing but after one crash i saw a virtual memory warning and checked taskmanger and had 15 instances of psclient.exe running. two was over a 150,000k and the rest was under 1000k and i just done a test 5 times in a row the server is down so i just got to the log on screen and quit. the same thing happens there is also a visual basic c++ runtime library error every time i quit from the log on screen the client is staying with 90+ cpu and it is always using 83,180k mem apart from the fith time the client terminated with out error so it only stays in memory when the visual basic error comes up

We know that and it will be (hopefully) fixed soon(tm). Right now use the Task Manager to kill the client.
