Title: Cant get in game

i made my char and stuff and i click him and press join, and the screen with the city backround is ther with the blue bar on bottom loading up but when it gets to  |   |   of finishing my computer freezes altogther...i mean freezes like no ctrl alt del   help a newbie out plz :P :innocent:

He means: What's the stuff you have in your computer.
On windows: Go to start > run > dxdiag
on linux: search for a device manager or equivalent
on mac: see 'on linux'

We're looking for the Video Card specs now.  Run the command again, at the bottom, there is a save all command.  Push that, copy the contents of that text file it creates here.

The top of the section we're looking for starts will look like this in the text file:
