Title: Frequent client crashing

I'm having issues the morning with the client crashing after about a minute every time I log in. Now being new around here Im not sure were I am and im sure that will be of great help to you people :)

Im just up the hall way from the merchant lady that sell healing potions, and buys rat parts ( but not pelts )

I'm also runing linux ( fedora core five )

Suggestions?

You are having the same crash than described here (http://hydlaa.com/smf/index.php?topic=24177.0).

Suggestions? Wait for the client update and avoid places where you may meet dead bodies :P

exact the same for me here

i guess we have just to wait for the "official" linux client to get released  :whistling:

Yeah right now I am stuck in the arena everytime I log on it crashes. Good to see I am not alone and that it will be fixed soon.

I had both 'R' set to 2 things for a bit.  :P  I fixed it, but the fix isn't in this package.

How are you getting this?  Are you pressing up while at the loading screen or something?  This error is output from my system when you press a key that's for movement and you have not yet received the movement types from the server.

This was a loading order issue.  I've fixed it for latest CVS.

WOW. WOOOW!. How many times over has it been said NOT TO RUN THE UPDATER? Congratulations. :) You've just ruined your PS install.

Ahriman:  The art is up there fine.  So long as you're not trying to get the bins (aka, you have it off in the options) it should be fine.  It's the programs updating that kills.  Also, you might want to kill the updater version check, just to be safe.
