Title: Damage Fixed?!

I few minutes before posting this, the server crashed for both me and my friend at the same time for at least 2 minutes. Then, after it was up again, I was running through the deserted area aka wasteland, and I came across a Clacker, and it killed me in a few hits. So, have they fixed the damage bug?
