well i'm stuck and i need help. i donwlaoded that file and extrated it, but i dotn dont how to get all the files ot the planeshift one.

Reboot.  Read this (http://hydlaa.com/smf/index.php?topic=24451.0).  Extract the patch zip into PS' folder, overwriting old versions.  Then run the updater.  The end.
