SourceForge direct me back to the http://www.planeshift.it/download.html

please I really want to learn more thanks.

There are currently no zip files and you have to download sources using CVS. Instructions are on the page that I already gave to you: Compiling Guide (http://planeshift.cvs.sourceforge.net/*checkout*/planeshift/planeshift/docs/compiling.html).

If you are on Windows, install either WinCVS (http://www.wincvs.org/) or TortoiseCVS (http://www.tortoisecvs.org/).
