Title: Can't cast spells in duels

I tried this in the DR and in hydlaa and I keep getting the same problem, I even tried it on different people.  When in a duel with another PLAYER, I can't cast spells on them.  It says I cannot cast spells on dead creatures, although they aren't dead when i cast the spell...

i have already made a post on it a bug has been sent. (the post nolonger exsits due to the fact that the magic section nolonger exsists) they are tring to fix it

Where did you make that report Gineave?
I made a bug report about that the day after the new release, but it has been ignored so far.
