My computer can run fine on EQ 2 without this problem but when I load game up the game suddenly freezes and the music repeats then 2 seconds later I glag into a spot that I should have ran to. I use a Nvidia GeForce FX 5200 and 2 GB of Ram. It evem happens in Character select screen. I did read the stickes and had no Idea what they mean. I am geting a new Alienware ALX in feb but for now I have teh dell. Can you please help sorry if it's been posted before  :-[

Hiya! My first suggestion to you would be to make sure that you have the latest drivers for your graphics card. Head over to nvidia.com (http://www.nvidia.com) and check the Drivers section. It's a free download (http://img82.imageshack.us/img82/5710/pleasedwq9.gif)

You have the graphics card I have, so it's a bit easier :} I don't email when it comes to tech support though - it's either forum posts or PMs, and I prefer the former.
Here's the process:
- Go to Nvidia's driver page (http://www.nvidia.com/content/drivers/drivers.asp).
- In the box below "Start Here" choose Graphics Driver, then GeForce and TNT, then your operating system, and click Go.
- Download the driver, but save it instead of installing immediately. Remember where you save the file!
- Right-click on My Computer, and click on Properties.
- Click on the Hardware tab, then on the Device Manager button.
- In the window that pops up, expand the "Display Adapters" selection.
- Right-click on your graphics card, and select Properties.
- In the next window, click on the Driver tab, and choose uninstall.
- After the uninstallation you will have to restart your computer.
- After the restart, open the driver install file you downloaded, and run it.
- All should be well.
