Title: Error during create a character.

Hello, as you know I am new to this, I have done updater, installed patch, but sometimes when I open the game a kinda multi colored fuzz goes over the page that im on. Should I simply reboot the computer or just do somethin more technical.

First step to troubleshooting anything, is rebooting.

If that doesn't work, try cecking to see if your graphics card drivers are up to date.
