I am British, but I\'ve been ever such a good girl recently and haven\'t started a war in ages. Judging a whole race of people based on history is kinda narrow minded you know ;) :P

Secondly, depending on where you want to start in the war, WW2 could be blamed on Japan, because that was when America entered the war. :P
