Have you made sure your spyware and anitivirus definitions are completely up to date? Have you donea full system scan with them?

That makes it sound like a graphics card driver issue, or perhaps a hardware issue. Make sure your drivers are up to date, and if you have a way to check your computer's internal temperature make sure that it is not overheating. Perhaps also clean out the fans inside. It seems unlikely that it's a spyware or virus infection, but it can't hurt to run scans for those :]

Ok, thanks but i dont think it is my graphics card cause i just got a brand new one like not even a month ago. But one thing i can say is my monitor is getting HOTTTTTT like realy hot but i think that may be a seprate problem.

I thought it would be something software related since you stated that it doesn't happen during playing graphic intensive games. Never hurts to check the hardware as well though. Also, what browser are you using, perhaps it may have become broken and needs a good kick in the bum.

actually you might be infected with some malware do you get strange ie windows poping up when you log on with out having anything to make them appear? also from 2 days ago my task bar freezes and any windows functions ends up freezing after that.
i know that happens to me :-[ im just lazy to go on the registry to find the keys/services to shut it down
edit: *i was wrong* :o
