Title: 2D Chat Only Client

I often find that I can't get on a computer that has a 3D card installed (I hear you, "buy another computer").  But even if I can't "play" PS without a 3D card, I would like to be able to log on and use Guild Chat.  That way I can still be in contact with the things that are going on in my guild.  (I consider Guild Chat to be OOC, so please choose a smaller stone or maybe just a tomato.)

Maybe /tell and /group could work too?  It would be nice to attend an SCoY meeting from my cell phone if the need arised.

Just make an irc channel for your guild.

Things in-game are meant to be used in-game. If you need a guild channel, many guilds use IRC as ThomPhoenix said.

If your Guild has a website you could put a live chat box in it or something

PS is not intended to be a glorified chat room.  The dev team is against making separate chat clients.
