Hello all,
Is there a hotkey to inspect an NPC/PC or to open the creature dialoge (where you can choose to sell/buy, inspect, train a.s.o.) and for the "loot dialogue" after a fight?
Its rather hard to do that by mouse with lag.
I would appreciate help if possible.
Thanks
Dante

I think the command /target_context_menu brings up the same icons as right-clicking would.
-
Unfortunately I cannot check right now if it works, but I guess you are looking for a command like
/show interact
guessing from the name of the XML file defining its look... We may need a developer to tell us if this is possible at all, if my guess was wrong.

Sounds possible; unfortunately, this command is not yet documented in the Appendix A.3. Combat & Targeting Commands (http://www.planeshift.it/guide/en/reference-combat.html)!

actually i just built the shortcut
/loot, becuase i'll still have the critter targeted
/info, or something like that cause i'll have the char targeted.
-
I remember using that command many times :) Looks like it's not useable anymore though... You'll have to just use separate commands: /train, /buy, /sell, /inspect, /loot, etc.

The command name is "/target_context"
it's possible that /show interact could very well work, but you'd be safer with the other :)
That webguide could use some updating, it doesn't even have the changes to /target :(

/target_context worked! :D
Thanks a lot, only problem is that the context menu always comes up then over my macro menue, centered would be nicer.

It comes up over the macro menu even when you have a target selected on screen? Or with no target selected on screen? [Erg, I guess you would have to have a target selected, but it comes up over the macro menu consistently no matter what target is selected?]
-
Without a selected target noting at all happens, with selected target it comes up over the macro menue (where the corrosponding hotkey/button is) almost always. I could probably try setting a hotkey and see what happens then.

The menu appears where you mouse is, for faster clicking :) Also, so that when you right click, it's right on the target.
