i have 38 intelligence, 48 will, and 33 charisma. my question is, when abouts will i actually get MP of leveling these? i current have -1/0 MP

ynwnn thing, i have got my charisma up to 40 now, and i have 2 MP/Mana

Well there you go, its a matter of stats, some races are naturally better off as casters than others though.
