I hope someone will tell me there are less than 700 people who post of forums.
I was just doing a quick check & noticed the forum rules of conduct have less than 700 views/
Guild forum; Guild discussion rules: just over 300 views...
These numbers seem pretty low compared to the number of people who post... maybe the link on ps main page to forums should lead to the rules of conduct ather than index... just a thought.

That's quite usual in any forum.
Making a thread sticky is the safest way that it is not read. (I read that comment from a moderator or game master...)

Look at the tech forums, 99% of the people do not read stickies.
Violence helps a bit, but not enough.

Eventually I hope to have a Forum "How-To" on the website before someone can directly enter the boards - fairly short and with pretty visuals so that people don't get bored :) Maybe once the new site is done.

Well im also sure a lot of others dont actually read that sticky. There really is no need to. Most forums share common boundries on what they like to see from its users, and with a mmorpg, you might want to kick in some roleplaying actions here and there. Nothing much is really needed.
