I sit here at our public library making this post because my motherboard got overheated and I have no PC atm.
I just wanted to check in and tell you that you have not seen the last of Satayne as I just ordered the new capacitors this morning
and hope to have them and on my motherboard within the next 2 weeks.
I really want to say hi to Zorbels, Proglin, Ogu, Einnol and so many others that have probably been wondering where I have been.
I miss the community terribly and am looking forward to seeing all of you soon hopefully.
MY worst fear is that I will get the new capacitors soldered in and it still won't work.
Sorry it took so long for me to get here to the forums and let you know.

You're going to solder the capacitors to your motherboard yourself?
Why don't you just order a new motherboard? It's easier, faster and they don't cost much anyway.

It's not that hard to solder :) It's cheaper and you can be proud of your work if you can fix the motherboard.

If Satayne ever does call you you master for some weird unknown reason then just know I will slay you Phinehas." Zorbels gives a smile the doesn't quite reach her eyes but shows she is serious* "I didn't pick this menki to marry because he is weak of mind. Maybe you two will have alot in common and maybe not. We shall see ......"

You? Slay me? That has to be the most amusing thing I've hear these three days. Watch yourself my dear, when one gets in over one's head, one drowns.
As for your husband, I have no use of him, and no desire to take him as an apprentice even if he so wished, so don't worry about him calling me Master. The only thing that drew my interest to him was the comment of a friend, but as he does not seem to be of the particularly sharp-witted sort, I have no use for his company.
*Phinehas then turns back to his glass of wine, indicating that the conversation is over.*

"As for watching myself, I do not worry anymore about that. I am always in way over my head, but I always seem to prevail. Though I don't doubt that an enemy could slay me if they really wanted to. You however seem to think it funny and give the impression that you are invincible. Your arrogance most likely will be your undoing." Zorbels gives a slight nod goodbye and wraps her favorite cloak around her body, then turns to disappear into the dark night leaving Phinehas to sip wine.
[Edit] ::| I just realised I am not sure if I am addressing you right with your character Phinehas. Is your character name Kreal or Phinehas? Let me know and I can edit my posts. I noticed you said Master Kreal in your second last post ... this is what brought my attention to the matter. If I got it wrong I apologize.

The reason I didn't just buy another motherboard is because its alot cheaper to replace the capacitors.
around $40.00-$50.00 cheaper.

I took in upon myself to roleplay with Phinehas after his/her post and asking why Satayne would admire him/her. Sort of testing the waters I guess if you want to put it into words. Looks to me like Phinehas is always IC on the forums. I wanted to see how this character handles themselves to get an idea of their personality .... I see Phinehas would be fun to roleplay with in game. I like the evil, grouchy, not so liked characters. They add character to planeshift, and we need more of them around.

I have been in contact with Satayne as of late. He sent me an email explaining his situation. I regret to inform you all who know him that his computer is fried and he is not sure when he will be returning. He would like it if I pass on a hello and his reason for not being around.
The capacitors were just a side effect of the real problem and that is that my chipset is bad. Say hi to everyone for me. I am not sure when I will return.
He is sad to miss out on so much and hopefully he will be back again one day to reunite with the groups he once knew.

This thread wasn't about him leaving by choice. He wanted to tell people about his unfortunate luck with his now broken computer and have his friends in planeshift aware of why the sudden disappearance. No one here wants popularity points so I guess it being unpopular doeasn't matter.
